Black Cloud: Carlos Amorales Adorns Gallery Walls with Thousands of Black Paper Moths
In 'Black Cloud' the artist part of the myth of the moth, whereby when you are on the threshold of a door, in a window or on the ceiling of a room is a sign of bad luck or an upcoming death. From this iconography, the artist reinterprets and results in an original speech and disturbing.
The facility occupies the entire space of the room Veronicas, while playing with the idea of emptiness. Carlos Amorales is not, therefore, to create allegories or closed speeches, but the viewer can build into a composite image his own idea.
